We use KEDA 4208 pressing machine, with a Compressor frequency of 7.3 times per min. The mould surface would be applied on this machine, and now we already have more than 400 moulds, with more styles in developing.

 

 

Tile body pressed by KEDA machine shall be processed with drying procedure;
Aim to clear all the wet element in tiles and evaporate the water vapor on the surface, so to reduce defective tiles with crack or glaze problem. Temperature of drying kiln is ≤200℃, and drying procedure would be handled by 2 steps.

 

 

 

Inkjet printing machine. Mainly use JINGTAO which has 8~12 channels.

Open one design photo, Inkjet printing machine can print random parts according to the original design photo, or can also locate certain parts to print on tile surface.

 

Before we can only produce 5800-6000㎡ for the kiln. Now expand to 12000㎡ with the bigger kiln develped.
